01

Capture

Every enquiry owned, staged and followed up, with nothing depending on who happened to see the email.

02

Win

Requirement to signed scope, with effort estimated against a method rather than a guess.

03

Deliver

Resourcing, milestones and deliverables tracked against what was actually sold.

04

Renew

Certificate and contract expiry surfaced early enough that the conversation is a renewal rather than a rescue.

What it is actually for

  • Where did that enquiry go?

Leads in a shared inbox, ownership decided by who replies first, follow-up decided by memory.

  • Who is actually free next week?

Resourcing worked out in a spreadsheet that is already out of date when the engagement is sold.

  • Is this engagement profitable?

Known at the end, if at all, because effort was never tracked against the scope that was sold.

  • When does this certificate expire?

Discovered by the client, usually a month after it did.

How it usually goes

  • A generic CRM that understands deals but not delivery
  • Scope sold without knowing who will deliver it
  • Client updates chased by email
  • Renewals noticed when the certificate has already lapsed

With CRM 360

  • Pipeline and delivery in one system, so a signed scope becomes a resourced engagement
  • Capacity visible before the quote goes out
  • A client portal where progress and responses live
  • Renewal conversations that start before expiry, not after

What is in the console

  • Clients and contacts

One record per client across every engagement, rather than per deal.

  • Pipeline

Leads, qualification and stages built around security and audit work.

  • Quotes and scoping

Scoping worksheets that produce a defensible effort estimate, not a round number.

  • Engagements

Delivery tracked against the scope sold, with variance visible while it can still be acted on.

  • Resourcing

Who is free, who is stretched, and what an engagement actually costs to staff.

  • Deliverables

Reports and evidence issued through a controlled route, because audit data has to be handled like audit data.

  • Renewals

Expiry tracking across certificates and contracts, with the conversation scheduled in advance.

How a rollout runs

  1. 01

    Configure

    Weeks 1 to 2

Pipeline stages, service catalogue and roles set up around how you actually sell and deliver.

  2. 02

    Migrate

    Weeks 2 to 4

Existing clients, open pipeline and live engagements brought across.

  3. 03

    Operate

    Month 2

Quoting, resourcing and delivery running in one place, with the client portal opened.

  4. 04

    Optimise

    Ongoing

Reporting on win rate, utilisation and engagement margin, which is usually the first time those are visible together.

Choose how it is deployed

This is usually the first question a regulated buyer asks, and it changes the compliance position as much as the price. Pick one to see what it means for you.

A dedicated instance rather than a shared one, in the region you nominate, operated by us. This is what regulated entities usually land on: the operational burden stays with us, but your data sits alone and the boundary is easy to describe to an auditor.

Choose this when

  • Banking, capital markets and insurance
  • An auditor who asks where exactly the data sits
  • Contractual isolation requirements from your own customers

Effort and cost

Higher than shared cloud, and usually the answer when a regulator is involved.

What people ask before the first call

Why not use a general purpose CRM?

Generic CRMs understand deals and stop at the signature. This one carries the engagement through delivery, resourcing and renewal, which is where security and audit firms actually lose money. If you only need pipeline, buy a normal CRM.

It holds audit data. How is that protected?

It is built to the same standard we audit clients against: role based access, full audit trail, encryption at rest and in transit, and deliverables issued through a controlled route rather than email attachments.

Can clients see their own engagements?

Yes, through a portal where progress, requests and deliverables live. It removes most of the status chasing that otherwise happens by email.

Does it handle renewals automatically?

It surfaces certificate and contract expiry far enough ahead that the conversation is a renewal rather than a rescue. The reminder is automatic; the conversation is still yours to have.

Can we migrate from what we use now?

Yes. Clients, open pipeline and live engagements are brought across in the first few weeks. Historic closed data is usually better archived than migrated, and we will say so.
